Cool mornings and warm afternoons signal that this is the perfect time of year in Charm City. Summer is right around the corner, but these last days of spring in Baltimore are ours to enjoy in this city we all love. So we say "GO OUTSIDE" with these five must-attend events happening this weekend.

Saturday, June 4th, is a day of must-not-miss events, including a charitable marathon in Druid Hill Park at dawn, an early morning padding expedition in Canton, a daytime bridge party in the Middle Branch, a daylong walkable outdoor market on Charles Street, and our city's newest live series celebrating homegrown talent, budding new artists, and enthusiastic local pride that's setting a totally new, aspirational vibe on the waterfront.

Baltimore By Baltimore (BxB): Music & Makers Festival Series

What better way to start your afternoon than on the waterfront at the Inner Harbor's Amphitheater for our city's newest monthly showcase of the area's best local performers, artists, makers, and entrepreneurs–Baltimore By Baltimore.

Curated by producer and artist navigator Terrell Brown, this weekend's BxB event features live music by Baltimore-based headliners like 'Hip-Rock & Soul' powerhouse Eat The Cake Band, Baltimore Club producer and lyricist Blaqstarr, the many grooves of John Tyler and Abdu Ali's electro-sonic bangers will keep the party going as we feature some of the luminaries curating Baltimore's independent marketplace such as Girl In Space Club, Milk Barn Candles and Accessmatized.

On the tables spinning the right cuts for the upbeat mood of this event will be 1500 Radio and DJ Twisted. The legendary and internationally toured street performer – Michael Rosman – will entertain you with his crown engaging routines. The empowering, artistic outreach of WombWork, Inc. and the team of virtuoso laureates featured in The Poetry Party is sure to leave you amazed by each passing stanza.

Baltimore By Baltimore's menu of area food trucks and caterers is just as impressive. Treats and drinks from Sweet Kam, the health-conscious delicacies of Flair Cuisine, the many flavorful dishes of 3 Jay's Seafood & Chicken, and the fresh-off-the-grill-entrees from Boss Burger Food Truck & Restaurant will be on hand to sate all appetites.

Baltimore By Baltimore represents the new wave of Waterfront entertainment and a unique platform for elevating the diverse array of design, cuisine, art, and music for the entire city.
