Join Terrell Brown, from The Artist Navigator and Baltimore Corps' SIE Team, as he gathers an All-Star lineup of local Baltimore voices, beats, and talent! Hosted by Blaqstarr, 1500 Radio, and Big Fred, be prepared to laugh, dance, and skate the afternoon away with an early preview skate session of the Inner Harbor Ice Rink!

With albums and EPs such ‘King of Roq’ and ‘The Divine’ that blended Club, electronic and Hip-Hop into a sonic offering that turned critics into fans by the play.     Lil' Laughs is an anti-bullying & confidence enrichment youth program that uses comedy as a vehicle to build confidence and break down the cycle of bullying for middle, elementary, and high school students in Baltimore.  Lil’ Laughs creates a comfortable and encouraging environment for students to express their feelings, share aspirations and learn how to work as a team. When kids can openly talk through their emotions, it can build their self-esteem and grow their confidence to help the bullying come to a stop.
