Annual Reports
“As we near two decades of dedicated service to our district, the Waterfront Partnership stands at the threshold of remarkable growth and success. For 19 years, the Waterfront Partnership has maintained an unwaveringly high-quality standard for keeping our waterfront clean, green, and safe. This is all part of our commitment to create a beautiful and welcoming environment for residents, businesses and visitors.
In 2024, the Waterfront Partnership is realizing many of our long-term goals, from breaking ground for Phase II of Rash Field Park to achieving a clean Baltimore Harbor, allowing us to host the first public swim in 40 years. These significant achievements for Baltimore are a testament to the Waterfront Partnership’s decades of dedication to prioritizing a locals-first approach to our events and celebrations, environmental initiatives, and celebrating our city’s rich culture and arts community.
The next decade of the Waterfront Partnership will bring even more excitement as new developments on the horizon are realized, expanding the opportunities for our clean green and safety services to shine, from the new promenade and Point Park on Harbor Point to a redeveloped and elevated Inner Harbor promenade . Celebrations on the waterfront will reach another milestone as our nation’s 250’s Anniversary is celebrated at the water’s edge in 2026.”
