Waterfront Wellness

Waterfront Wellness is a free fitness series that brings a variety of workout classes from local instructors and businesses into our waterfront parks. We invite people from all levels of fitness and experience to come get in an invigorating workout while taking in the gorgeous scenery.

Waterfront Wellness is dedicated to promoting health and wellness and encouraging access to our beautiful public spaces while collaborating with local businesses and instructors.

Waterfront Wellness is back for the 2026 season from May-October!‍ ‍

TUESDAY

5:30PM – Pilates By Coppermine @ Broadway Pier
A low-impact workout focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movements. Strengthens and tones for overall wellness. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.

WEDNESDAY

5:30PM – “30-minute Signature Class” with SolidCore @ Harbor Point Central Plaza
Short on time? Come to this 30-minute core burner, an intense, Solidcore signature workout that will strengthen and tone the full body.

THURSDAY

5:30PM – “CrossFit Powered By CrossFit Harbor East” @ Harbor Point Central Plaza
A low-impact workout focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movements. Strengthens and tones for overall wellness. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.

SATURDAY

9:00AM – Dance2Fitness by XPF @ West Shore Park
Fun, high-energy workout that combines music and dance moves with cardio to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Suitable for all levels and ages.

10:00AM – Fan Favorites Class by Merritt Gym @ West Shore Park
A mix of HITT, Yoga, and Bootcamp - all full-body workouts that combine strength training, cardio, endurance, and stretching. Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.

SUNDAY

10:00AM – Vinyasa Yoga by Rising Vibes Yoga @ Rash Field Park, Shade Lawn
A dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement, building flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. This vinyasa flow class has modifications available for all levels.
