Morgan Stanley Volunteers Install Insect Hotel at Harborplace
The waterfront is in bloom, thanks to our wonderful Morgan Stanley volunteers! They joined us for two dates last month to help beautify and maintain our wildlife gardens.
We engaged 60 volunteers from Morgan Stanley to complete projects at our conservation gardens in the Inner Harbor and Harbor Point.
At the Lancaster canal, our volunteers weeded the 4800 sq foot conservation garden, and installed new nesting materials at our bee and insect hotel.
We also brought new color to Harborplace by planting 124 flowers along the pedestrian thoroughfare in front of Good Food, the newest food option on the promenade.
And we were able to weed the Van Rainer Garden in the Inner Harbor, bringing clean green space to the many pedestrians and wildlife species who pass through the area.
Thank you to Morgan Stanley and our hard working volunteers for helping create beauty and sustainablity on the waterfront!
