From hip-hop to fashion, to graffiti paint and youth voices, join Media Rhythm Institute (MRI) as they bring Baltimore's finest talent to the Inner Harbor Amphitheater for the fourth Baltimore by Baltimore (BxB) Music & Makers Festival on Saturday, September 3rd.

Waterfront Partnership of Baltimore is proud to announce the fourth producer of the Baltimore By Baltimore series, Media Rhythm Institute! MRI is a collective of art development programs focused on strengthening the skills of young creatives in the fields of music, media, and performance. Using Hip-Hop as a connector, MRI delivers programming reflective of community, culture, and the ingenuity of local artists striving to push creativity and expression. Hold your hat and be prepared to be blown away by the magnitude of their lineup of artists, vendors, and food! From hip-hop to fashion, to graffiti paint and youth voices, we're sure to leave you feeling inspired and in awe of Baltimore's finest talent!

MRI will showcase their BCPS's brilliant alumni, teachers, and students and feature a Resource Row that stretches from the Amp down the promenade, complete with back-to-school goodies, health and wellness, job readiness resources, and even a game truck! Don't miss this special all-ages lineup in the heart of Baltimore's Waterfront.
