Halloween Events on the Waterfront

October is in full swing, and as the temperature drops and candy sales rise, Baltimore’s event scene is more active than ever. Spooky season is here- and there’s no better place to celebrate than in our waterfront district. From costume contests to ghost tours, here are some great ways to celebrate Halloween on the waterfront.

Be sure to come out to our annual Harbor Harvest Children’s Fall Festival this month on Sunday, October 27th- and wear your costumes! We’ll have a costume contest during the event for your little ones to show off their Halloween outfits.
